Abstract

Background. Oxidative stress has an important role in the pathogenesis of doxorubicin-induced hepatotoxicity. The aim of this study was to investigate the hepatoprotective effects of erdosteine, an antioxidant agent, on doxorubicin-induced hepatotoxicity.
