Özet

Anterior sacral meningocele is a rare congenital anomaly. The authors present a case of anterior sacral meningocele successfully excised using the posterior sagittal approach. The diagnosis and treatment of this unusual anomaly are discussed. Copyright (C) 1997 by W.B. Saunders Company.
