Introduction: Horseshoe kidney is the most common renal fusion anomaly. Patients with horseshoe kidneys have a higher incidence of urinary tract infection, urinary calculi and hydronephrosis. In this report, we are presenting a 14 year old male patient with calculi on the left side of the horseshoe kidney that underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
