Özet

Multicentric reticulohistiocytosis (MRH) is a non-Langerhans cell histiocytosis characterized by skin lesions and arthritis. A 30-year-old female patient presented with complaints of small blisters on her fingers and chest and arthralgia. Dermatological examination revealed multiple erythematous brownish papules on the anterior chest and single and group reddish brown papules on the proximal nail folds of the hands. Histopathological examination of skin lesions revealed multinuclear histiocytes with foamy eosinophilic cytoplasm. The patient was diagnosed as MRH with the existing clinical and histopathological findings. The patient was started on hydroxychloroquine 400 mg/day. The patient was using hydroxychloroquine (400 mg/day) for six months and the treatment was discontinued because her complaints regressed. No recurrence was observed in the six-month follow-up. Our case has been reported because it is a rare case of MRH with arthralgia without arthritis.
