Abstract

PurposeIn this study, we evaluated the individual and combined effects of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and sildenafil citrate (SC) on the viability of pedicled perforator flaps in which ischemia/reperfusion injury developed after induction of primary ischemia.
