Özet

Anterior bölgelerde doğal görünümlü restorasyonlar için modern estetik rezin kompozit sistemleri geliştirilmiştir. Kompozitler, ön dişlerin şekil, renk ve pozisyonundaki düzeltmeler amacıyla kullanılabilir. Kompozit restorasyonların doğal diş yapısını taklit etmesi için klinisyenin kompozit materyali ve adeziv prosedürlerinde yer alan teknikleri bilmesi gerekir. Gerekli teknikler, rengin anlaşılmasını, adezyon ilkelerini, tabakalamayı, insizal etkileri içerir. Bu derlemenin amacı, anterior bölgede direkt kompozit restorasyonların yapımında dikkat edilmesi gereken kuralları değerlendirmektir. 

Modern esthetic resin composite systems have been developed for natural looking restorations in the anterior regions. Composites can be used range from filling all class of cavity, via corrections in shape, color and position of anterior teeth. For composite restorations to mimic natural tooth structure, the clinician must have understanding of the composite material and techniques involved in direct bonding procedures. The necessary techniques involve an understanding of color, adhesive principles, layering to create polychromicity, incisal effects. The purpose of this review is to evaluate the rules to be considered during the construction of direct composite restorations in the anterior region.
