Abstract

Objective: Pregnancy is a period in which the level of physical activity is generally low. Physiological, psychological, physical and emotional changes in pregnancy negatively affect the sleep quality of pregnant women. It is suggested that inactivity and sleep changes in pregnant women may have effects on the quality of life. The aim of our study is to evaluate the effects of physical activity level and sleep quality on quality of life in pregnant women.
