Abstract

Although we found lack of a decrease in nocturnal blood pressure; impaired heart rate variability; and diastolic dysfunction inpatients with Behcet's disease, we could not demonstrate, whether or not this finding has a prognostic value in patients with this disease. (C) 2003 by Excerpta Medica, Inc.
