Pleomorphic carcinoma of breast is a rare variant of high grade ductal type carcinomas. It is described as the tumour composed of pleomorphic, bizarre giant cells in more than 50% of the tumour and accepted as a variant of nonspecified ductal carcinomas. It may be confused with choriocarcinoma, osteoclatic giant cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and sarcoma. A 48 year old woman and 75 year old man have pleomorfic carcinoma events are presented. In these cases differantial diagnoses were done depend on low molecular weight keratin and Alcian blue positivity, and, -HCG and CD68 negativity.
