Abstract

Purpose: Standard surgical procedures for hydrocele may cause postoperative discomfort, temporary limitation of normal activities and complications, such as hematoma, infection, persistent swelling, chronic pain and decreased fertility. We describe a new technique in an effort to decrease these complications.
