Abstract

Objectives Serum gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT) activity has been shown to be related to the development of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular events. The aim of this study was to evaluate the prognostic value of GGT in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) undergoing a primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
