Özet

The qualification of nursing education is important for the nursing profession to attain "key" position for healthy community. The aim of nursing education is to prepare the graduates to carry out effective nursing roles and functions by providing biopsychosocial progression to the students based on nursing and nursing education philosophy and the needs of country. For this there must be mutual goal between the educators and students and they must take their own responsibilities. When the dynamic structure of education is taken into consideration, the systematic evoluation about objectives sholud be reflected to the education programme. The research was planned in a descriptive method to determine views of last class students about a college of nursing's general objectives. The research is composed of 87 senior students (in 2002-2003 Academic Year) but it is attained only 84 students accepted to participate as volunteer. Data were collected using information form with 24 questions included College of Nursing's general objectives. The data were analysed using percentage. Generally majority of students stated that they have attained objectives of the education and feeled ready for individual and professional life but they have anxiety about health system. The results have been thought that students have anxiety about clinical settings altough they have acvhieved objectives of the education.
