Özet

Casileman disease (CD) is arare, benign lymphoproliferative disorder with several elinical and morphologic variants associated with distinct outcomes. Histologically, hyaline vascu/ar (HV type, % 90), plasma eel/(PC type % 10) and mixed types were identified. 213 of the cases shows mediastinal and pulmonary involvement, 113 shows extramediastinallymph node and extra nodal involvement.
