Abstract

Casileman disease (CD) is arare, benign lymphoproliferative disorder with several elinical and morphologic variants associated with distinct outcomes. Histologically, hyaline vascu/ar (HV type, % 90), plasma eel/(PC type % 10) and mixed types were identified. 213 of the cases shows mediastinal and pulmonary involvement, 113 shows extramediastinallymph node and extra nodal involvement. This case was diagnosed by right axillary lymph node biopsy. Because of its unusuallocalization, we evaluated the literature and reported the cas
