Buschke-Löwenstein tumor (BLT) is a verrucous lesion which grows slowly, causes regional infiltration and deformity. It is very rare during childhood and usually has a benign course. It has been shown to be related to the human papilloma virus type 6 and type 11. Poor hygiene, chronic irritation, diabetes and impaired cellular immunity are other factors thought to play a role in the etiology of the disease. First choice treatment modality is total surgical excision. In this study, we presented three cases to emphasize that total surgical excision by means of electrocautery might be sufficient in the treatment of BLT cases and this method also has excellent cosmetic outcomes.
