Rationale and Objectives. To evaluate the correlation between apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values of the pancreas on diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) and pancreatic exocrine function determined by HCO3 concentration in the secretin endoscopic pancreatic function test (ePFT).
