Özet

The synthesis of precursors of neurotoxic gamma-glutamyl beta-cyanoalanine was developed starting from L-Serine via through the preparation of beta-cyanoalanine and glutamyl units. Coupling of these two intermediates gave methyl ester of gamma-glutamyl beta-cyanoalanine precursor. (C) 2020 ACG Publications. All rights reserved.
